Penetrating, winning and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within a named target of industry aligned strategic accounts.
Create demand and interest of Nauto safety solution thru targeting CXOs and other key influencers within the account.
Own the process and strategy for winning an account - including orchestrating resources, developing executive contact strategies, building customer-specific value propositions and creating engagements to overcome blockers and speed the sales cycle
Personally, develop senior executive relationships to build confidence and momentum on Nauto's value to the customer
Understand gaps in Nauto solution to provide Nauto product teams input/feedback on areas that need to be addressed to better meet customer requirements.
Ensure that there is an updated and well-documented plan at the territory and account level for Nauto team members.
Driving fleet sales and driver adoption of Nauto solutions with strategic accounts and territories (Up to 75% travel)
Ownership of the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration
Create collaboration between key business partners and customers with Nauto product teams to drive product partnerships and influence product roadmaps, including providing a conduit to feed unique customer requirements and insights into Nauto's product roadmap.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Marketing (Presales) and Customer Success (Post sales) to ensure client expansion and success.
Experiences and Skills
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic account management, closing deals greater than $10MM TCV, and navigating complex org charts with Enterprise SaaS (application focus).
Demonstrated experience at creating strong relationships at CXO level (CFO, COO preferably) within the Fleet Services & Distribution vertical and managing those relationships throughout a full deal cycle within a Fortune 500 account
Excellent value selling skills - understands how to identify and calculate the value creation potential of a technology solution
Hunter who will call into accounts at the most senior levels and establishing personal and company credibility
Enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others, and continuously improve processes.
Self-motivated initiative with deep understanding of generating pipeline through outbound/inbound activity, and utilizing CRM software to aide in engagement
Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
Resourcefulness, initiative and passion for working in a self-guided manner and effectively across enterprise and fleet organizations
Experience in telematics or automotive-related software background is a plus
