Responsibilities: Oversee the sales and marketing efforts for the Region in partnership with the Regional Sr. Vice President Leverage your sales experience and operational background to contribute to a growing business Cultivate referrals and opportunities through internal Ayco resources and your own external network of contacts Analyze the region s business, identify opportunities and help set client acquisition strategy Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and prospects Maintain regular interaction with Ayco Account Managers and maintain relationships with internal support groups Lead the regional marketing process inclusive of strategy, meeting flow, strategic positioning, delivery of presentations and proposals, and contract negotiations Represent Ayco and promote our services at industry conferences and networking gatherings Maintain operational reports detailing sales leads, activities and results Serve as a coach and mentor for more junior teammates Extensive travel is required for this position
Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment Proven track record of selling services and solutions to Fortune 1000 companies Experience with selling C-Level executive prospects Commitment to excellence and a high degree of integrity Bachelor s degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or other financial planning related areas Five years of experience in executive compensation, employee benefits, marketing and/or retirement/investment planning is preferred; and benefits or executive compensation consulting background a plus
