Position Summary:

Dover Fueling Solutions, one of the world's leading suppliers of fuel dispensers, payment terminals, forecourt control devices, point-of-sale and other measurement and control solutions to the retail and commercial fueling industry, is seeking a MarCom Director. The role of the Marcom Director is responsible for developing marketing and communication strategy to drive overall growth for customer, product and sales to develop a cohesive DFS Brand strategy of a product leadership and a technology company in the retail and convenience market place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic framework and roadmap to promote DFS Brand strategy
  • Develop MarCom strategy to promote our market position with clarity
  • Support in all activities and communications to ensure brand consistency reflective of the Dover Fueling Solutions Mission, Vision and Culture values
  • Generate creative marketing strategies to promote the DFS brand across digital platforms, industry forums, advertising and public relations
  • Partner with internal SME's, including the product managers, product marketing and the sales team to define our product value proposition of our products and services
  • Responsible and accountable for external media to include the design, writing, and distribution of marketing communications collateral for external customers and distributors, aligning with product and sales teams
  • Partner in planning and execution of tradeshows and other events (NACS, Uniti Expo, User Conference, etc.)
  • Develop clear metrics to measure the effectives of the campaign and our brand recognition

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business with a minimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Highly skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expert attention to detail, often within tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally using verbal, print and electronic formats
  • Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • CRM experience, ideally with SalesForce.com (SFDC) and SalesForce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of DFS products and solutions preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (ie, long international flights)
