What you'll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The eCommerce Solution Architect works with the eCommerce team and across Jamf teams to identify and assist in implementing eCommerce solutions to support various B2B subscription purchase experiences. As the key technical expert for the eCommerce team-you will work closely with other solution architects, product managers, engineers and developers to create and improve solutions that both improve operational functionality and allow for easy shopping and purchasing experiences for our global customers. This role will have impact to both Front End experiences and Back End systems integrations.


  • Assess current solutions, platforms and integrations.
  • Research and identify technical requirements, new strategies and tools for eCommerce platforms and experiences.
  • Outline, document and refine proposed solutions based on business and stakeholder strategies.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, business and technical operations teams to define scope, determine level of effort and resources needed to reach proposed outcomes.
  • Assist in project management as needed.
  • Work with risk management and Infosec teams as needed to address technical compliance requirements such as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI), Personally identifiable information (PII), EU's General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
  • Work with eCommerce team to develop long-term roadmap of future changes and optimization of the platforms and experiences.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of core business systems at Jamf including Salesforce
  • Maintain an understanding of the Jamf product line and the market fit of each product
  • Maintain an understanding of the business processes, especially those related to procurement
  • Perform or assist with maintenance and optimization related to E-commerce tools and platforms.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in computer technology or related field(preferred)
  • 4+ years developing and administering multiple eCommerce systems, platforms and tools.(Required)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.(Required)
  • Working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, HTML, XML.
  • 2+ years experience working with Salesforce APIs, Visual Force & Apex
  • Salesforce administration certification(Preferred)
  • Project management experience using SDLC methods.
  • Experience working in a global B2B subscription software industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of E-commerce platforms and services including payment processors, subscription platforms, channel partner solutions, full service and headless platforms, marketplace platforms.
  • Ability to estimate level of effort, resources and time required for projects and integration efforts.
  • Effective communication across multiple technical and operational teams across the company.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed, highly cross-functional environment.
