Job Brief:

As a Product Marketer, your responsibility will be to tell the world about an exciting emerging product suite, Data Insights. Data Insights products provide actionable intelligence to software vendors listed on Gartner Digital Market site properties, and allow vendors to create more effective advertising campaigns, benchmark performance against competitors and categories, and identify untapped, high-priority leads.

You will be at the center of the marketing strategy for Data Insights offerings, will own tactical execution of Data Insights marketing efforts, and will support the product team as we all work to build solutions that exceed user expectations.

What You Will Do:

Own and execute strategic marketing campaigns and activities related to our Data Insights product offering

Develop end-to-end customer acquisition and retention plan for product adoption inclusive of messaging, positioning, and target client lists based on persona, segment, product, and competition that differentiates and highlights the product

Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to support key business initiatives, as well as product and feature marketing launches and adoption

Prepare, deliver, and report on high-impact sales and marketing assets that support the selling process and enable the sales team to succeed (ie: email campaigns, one-pagers, presentations, internal messaging, videos, and sales collateral)

Optimize internal and external content distribution and measure efficacy

Perform required research to deeply understand client's needs and create data-driven customer success stories and messaging to leverage for sales

Stay on top of market trends and competitors in order to develop differentiated go-to-market strategy and product recommendations

Establish key success metrics, and regularly track, report, and optimize ongoing marketing efforts for presentation to executive leadership

What You Will Need:

5-7 years of direct product marketing experience, with B2B marketing experience a plus

Previous experience with data-based products and/or within the technology industry, with a track record for successful product launches and meeting targets and objectives

Sharp attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills

A passion for analytics, data, and solving user problems

A self-starter with the ability to work independently while also effectively collaborating to support members of the vendor marketing and product team

The ability to be effective managing multiple tasks and a portfolio of products simultaneously

A great communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortability presenting to executive leadership

A positive attitude and the willingness to participate in hands-on execution for all types of tasks related to your products

The ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in hands-on execution for email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems - with Eloqua and/or SugarCRM experience a plus

A Bachelor's Degree or higher inBusiness, Marketing, Communications or a related field
