Job Description:

Description: We are looking of a Java developer to develop a state of art in house compliance system that is clustered, stateless, distributed, and highly performant. You will work across all teams within the trading framework and provide insights in to how new products are introduced in to the trading framework. You will be responsible for writing code that mitigates risk and enables trade optimization down to the milliseconds. You are responsible for the architecture and design of a self-service platform that processes massive amounts of data. You will collaborate heavily with teams that engineer and build software for cloud and infrastructure monitoring. You will work with applications that sit at the core of our research and trading teams to provide insights to trading and risk. Responsibilities: Candidate needs to have excellent problem solving and core Java skills. In addition, candidate should have prior experience in Real Time multi-threaded systems. Candidate will be actively involved in architecting, coding, testing, deploying and reviewing software. Required Skills: 8+ years of Java on Linux and/or Windows. Used Spring and Apache libraries or any other large open source libraries. Experience building and using REST services. Extra Skills: Python, TypeScript, Angular 6+, C# Gitlab or Github style systems. SQL This job is a 6 month contract to hire with one of the largest financial companies in the country.
