What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Representative (Scheduler), you would be responsible for

On this role your function would be to ensure

  • Monitor production schedules to ensure completed jobs are scheduled timely and manage customer schedules and lead times.
  • Work with subcontractors to track, review and schedule measures and installation on an as needed basis to assure maximum utilization of installation capability.
  • Performs shop follow-up and expedite assignments when needed.
  • Participate in and interact with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure timely response to customers/orders.
  • Maintain CRM updated with all customer changes/notes.

What are we looking for?


  • +1 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to pass background check


  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing multiple schedules.


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • Customer Service Etiquette
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Desired
  • Experience working with subcontractors.


  • Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with customers in a pleasant and articulate manner.
