The Director of Global Talent will have an opportunity to work across the global Tektronix organization to craft a strategy that delivers on Tektronix's business transformation and our Employee Value Proposition-For You. You will lead three teams-Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development and work cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure we're hiring and developing high potential employees as a key business driver.

Key Responsibilities include:
Design and implement global talent management processes to identify organizational needs, develop and chessboard top talent, and build overall bench strength.
Lead annual organizational talent assessment processes globally to ensure our organizational design and people capability can deliver on the company's strategic initiatives.
Lead a team of HR professionals responsible for Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition (including executive search) and Talent Management.
Build genuine relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization to establish an effective network around you.
Develop and deliver meaningful talent metrics to show measurable results in improving Senior Leader Funnels, succession plans, and diversity.
Head Executive Search efforts to attract top-tier talent to our highest-level positions and roles identified as feeders to our highest-level positions.
Implement the Fortive talent management strategy, ensuring alignment among development, performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning initiatives.
Lead organizational design sessions aimed at enabling business and team success.
Participate as a key member of the HR Leadership Team in driving change management globally.
Act as a thought leader to our HR Business Partner teams and business leaders by providing consultation in the assessment and design of organization structure, organization development, and change management.
Support leaders in developing and building talent pipelines at varying levels to inform staffing strategies, development, and deployment decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Human Resources including at least three years leading a team
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, OD, I/O Psychology or a related field
Expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organization Development
Demonstrated the ability to translate business needs into effective talent strategies and actions to execute against those strategies.
Proven skill is assessing and coaching talent up to General Manager and Executive levels
Ability to evaluate organizational capabilities, including structure and organization design, talent, and resource requirements and to drive appropriate improvements.
Strong global experience and orientation. Demonstrated ability to understand cultural differences and their impact on human resource strategies, organizational development, and talent assessment.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical process solutions.
Collaborative decision-making and ability to forge successful partnerships across organizational boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Experience leading change management at a global scale
