The Role

The role will report to and work closely with the Integrated Distribution strategy lead within the overall PI Integrated Distribution Group. You will play a key role in leading and developing the future-state integrated distribution model, evolving our cross-channel support model necessary to provide an exceptional Wealth Management experience at the scale necessary to achieve our MYP objectives. The role will collaborate with leaders in the Integrated Distribution Group, Regional Centers, Investor Centers, the Wealth Management Domain, Finance, and CSKI. You will have the opportunity to bring your problem-solving and execution expertise to help lead organizational and operational change in creating value for our clients and distribution associates.

The Value You Deliver:

  • Help create and execute the integrated distribution strategy and roadmap across PI regional centers, investor centers, and digital channels
  • Partner with finance, reporting and analytics to create measurement and align progress against PI MYP, Distribution, and Wealth Management objectives
  • Lead and manage integrated distribution initiative workstreams to help accelerate our shift to becoming a planning and advice business
  • Develop and evolve sales and service models to meet segmented customer needs across covered and uncovered households, while achieving greater scale in our distribution network.
  • Work with Integrated Distribution leadership to develop strategic communications to stakeholders in QBR, MYP, and Big-Play forums.

  • Ability to influence middle to senior management, through both personal interactions as well as the creation and delivery of presentations
  • Relationship building with peers and senior management in a variety of capacities
  • Attention to detail; strong sense of logic

The Expertise We're Looking For:

  • At least 10 years of work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in of Operational/Organizational/Strategy consulting as a Management or Process Consultant
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with improving financial services distribution models across phone regional centers, investment centers, and digital channels
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma concepts-a plus.
