Senior Full Stack Software Engineer- (JavaScript and Angular)

As a full stack software engineer, you'll be responsible for leading your team/squad at a technical leader capacity to create futuristic web experiences for the advisors as well as Fidelity's customers. You'll be partnering with a lot of teams to convert a business idea into a solid technical implementation. You'll also be mentoring and guiding the members of your technical team to drive the technical implementations within your team/squad as well as your business group.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or another equivalent area
• 5-10 years of experience in developing software applications using different methodologies and languages
• Experience in Agile development environment
• Several years of experience developing Web applications
• Experience working in a technical leadership capacity
• Java background and experience in middle tier applications is a plus
• Any AWS experience is a plus

Skills:

• Experience developing web applications using some of the following technologies:
• Angular/TypeScript/CSS/HTML/JavaScript
• Backbone/Require/Underscore - JavaScript stack
• GraphQL
• Experience integrating with Service Oriented Architecture (REST) using Express/Node/SpringBoot
• Experience in Production Support using tools like Splunk/DataDog
• Proven understanding in CI/CD automation pipelines using Stash/Jenkins/Groove/uDeploy/Artifactory
• E2E/Function automation using Gerkin/Protractor
• Ability to learn new things, new technology, and balance problems; your drive to get things done
• Ability to mentor a technical team including US based and offshore based resources and drive business ideas to successful completion
• Passionate about writing code with quality and using Automation at its best
