Job Description

The Python Programmer & Data Analyst Administratoris accountable for collecting data from multiple data sources, mapping that data in to Tableau, custom web based apps and API's.

In this role you will:

  • Help with the maintenance, design and development of dashboards and custom reports that align with primary business drivers.
  • Create presentations/reports for management and other departments on a consistent basis as defined by management.
  • Create and manage custom API's, and web based apps.
  • Map and structure data from many data sources to be used in other data depositories
  • Strategize and implement virtual environments for remote programmers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
  • Experience in collating, manipulating, analyzing & presenting of data in a clear manner.
  • Experience creating custom web based aps, and APIs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organized, proactive and timely in delivering results.

Software Proficiencies:

  • Macintosh OS X environment
  • Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Excellent at Excel and Python
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Regex
  • Basic knowledge of Tableau
  • Understanding of server environments

Other Requirements:

  • This is a full time, in house position at our headquarters in Watsonville, California.
  • Telecommuting will not be considered.
