Develop and maintain tracking methods; provide maintenance assistance with maintaining operations.


  • Organize, schedule and conduct TPM inspections with Production Leads
  • Maintain TPM database
  • Identify and label components to improve accuracy of inspections
  • Utilize inspection results to create action item lists for scheduled Preventative Maintenance days
  • Maintain database for the support equipment; develop and expand upon database
  • Present ideas and potential solutions in order to develop and expand total predictive maintenance initiatives
  • Utilize TPM information to assist with planning, organizing and executing maintenance activities
  • Assist with machine repair and fabrication as identified thru TPM activities
  • Work with others involved in TPM; coordinate and track initiatives/activities for all areas in the database in order to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.



  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work hands-on in a lean manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to read, understand and train procedures
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong mechanical aptitude


  • Can and/or end manufacturing; familiarity with beverage industry packaging operations
  • Proficient in lean methodologies
  • Understanding of Safe Quality Food standards
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel application


  • H igh School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overtime, as required
  • Ability to stand and walk, up to 100%; climb, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop and sit up to 50%
  • Ability to lift to 25 pounds regularly; up to a maximum of 70 pounds occasionally
  • Conventional Schedule
