The Director of Technology & Innovation will be responsible for implementation of innovative solutions to deliver insights and best practices in
innovation management by connecting the business potential of emerging technologies, industry leading thought-leadership and Customer
Solution's corporate strategy across the project management (PDS) delivery model. This is a unique opportunity within our industry to drive
improvements across Corporate Solutions which will require the right balance of entrepreneurs energy, emotional intelligence and resiliency.
Leadership
Develop and execute a strategy to support success of the programs overall strategy in partnership with the client and other JLLservice lines.
Develop and maintain positive working relationship between other Service Line Leaders, Center of Excellence team, Team Leads and Project Managers.
Monitor, mitigate and escalate program risks to the accounts regional, project management (PDS) and Program leadership.
Support, coach and develop direct report(s) with a focus on JLLs core culture of collaboration to Achieve Ambitions.
Incubate a culture of resiliency, creativity and curiosity to facilitate identification and adoption of innovations.
Travel as required within our clients national footprint in support of successful Program delivery.
Program Management
Deliver innovation priorities for the accounts project management (PDS) operations through a holistic strategic vision and roadmap aligned to the account & clients strategic business objectives
Partner with JLL and third-party experts to present cost/benefit analysis for major innovation/technology opportunities to account and project management (PDS) leadership for approval.
Maintain a constant focus on delivery speed and agility, implementing new initiatives in a fast-paced yet safe and compliant way, safeguarding information and maintaining a rigorous alignment to client and JLL information security protocols.
Key focus areas for innovation on the account include, but are not limited to; creating an immersive customer experience, leveraging technology to reduce project management tasks, incorporation of industry next practices into project management (PDS) standards and creating data-driven solutions to disrupt current project management practices.
Develop program/project governance deliverables (templates) and processes to provide consistency across multiple projects and regions within the client portfolio.
Develop measures/metrics to support business case for change and as a measure of the Programs impact to overall account project management (PDS) delivery.
Provide regular Executive-Level dashboard and/or presentation reporting on program delivery performance to client, regional,
project management (PDS) and Program leadership.
Build and maintain effective communication routines with stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members.
Experience & Education
Professional Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Technology/Construction Management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in related areas.
Repeatable and demonstrated success in leveraging a creative & curious mindset to eliminate waste, disrupt process and question the status quo.
Strong prioritization skills, including demonstrated progression in responsibilities with continued high delivery of work product.
Repeatable and demonstrated success influencing multi-regional teammates & leaders distributed across the country.
Repeatable and demonstrated success leading and developing direct reports with a servant leadership approach.
Experience with "fail fast" product development methodologies.
