Duration: 6 months+

Resource 1 is in need of an ETL Developer/Data Analyst for a long-term position in Charlotte, NC. Primary role will be ETL development from source systems into Profisee, the client's Master Data Management (MDM) platform. Selected individual will be immediately put into a training program on this MDM platform and related technologies. This is a great opportunity for an ETL Developer to gain experience/training in MDM/Data Governance. Selected candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with ETL development using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and/or SQL/T-SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, etc.). Additional responsibilities for this position include assisting with data profiling and supporting ongoing Data Governance/Data Quality projects. Experience with Profisee, MDM, Data Quality, C#/ASP.NET and Data Governance are plusses for this position, but the only required skill is ETL development. Candidate should have experience pulling data from multiple sources and loading into either an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) or MDM platform. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Selected individual must have strong communication skills and be able to interface with people from multiple levels of the organization.
