The Product Operations Manager is a highly process driven leader, focused on ensuring the availability of 250+ Tibco Integration applications. The Tibco Product Operations Managers has responsibility for all production support activities including Incident, Problem, Change, Lifecycle and monitoring and support budgeting for the Integration suite of applications. The Manager oversees a global team of resources, as well as contract resources, and assigns people to work, collects feedback, reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance evaluations.

Manage Incident, Problem, Change within defined SLA's

Provide support for over 250+ Tibco applications comprising of nine portfolios

Coordinate incident response across support organizations

Manage vendor relationships, and work with Marketing Operations

Accountable for 24 x 7 ECC support.

Perform upgrades and improvements to integration applications

Develop strong Agency Solutions to Business partnerships

Manage Operational Changes from a Production Support perspective

Suggest Improvements to the systems, services and procedures as a result of Trends Analysis

Ensure Disaster Recovery Capabilities

Production Support documentation

Identifies team specific training needs to ensure all knowledge and skills necessary to perform all roles within the Production Support Team

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT.

Experience leading direct reports.

Proven ability to delivery on large scale technical projects.

Experience with Agency technology is a plus.

ITIL Certification a plus

Working knowledge of TIBCO BW, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk

Understanding of file transfer concepts and batch processing, FTP/SFTP

Working knowledge of Unix

Working knowledge of Web Services and design patterns

Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

Working knowledge of Splunk a plus

ITIL knowledge a plus

Experience working in a Global Team Environment is a plus

Education - Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent work experience
