Customer Experience Partner

Customer Experience Partners maintain a deep knowledge of the SAP Fieldglass application and are responsible for deploying simple, easy to maintain, high quality solutions that help customers meet the goals of their external workforce strategy. They will be responsible for strategically leading client projects as well as for tactical execution of project work for our clients/partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Consults on multiple client projects to facilitate the implementation of new functionality for existing programs
  • Responds to customer requests and enables their programs to be self-sufficient
  • Influences and drives customer behavior toward best in class solutions when implementing new functionality
  • Manages relationships with internal and customer stakeholders throughout the course of the project; keeps stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues in order to manage expectations
  • Leads requirements gathering sessions with customers, analyzes requirements, and designs the technical configuration of the SAP Fieldglass solution
  • Communicates information effectively across a broad audience, both technical and non-technical
  • Prepares test environments for customers/partners when they are implementing new solutions
  • Adheres to SAP Fieldglass project methodology and ensures that project management documents are accurate, complete and signed off by client/partner. Properly manages clients' expectations and delivers prompt status updates as necessary
  • Effectively manages project scope and change requests
  • Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders. When applicable, escalates issues in a timely manner
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of the SAP Fieldglass solution, roadmap, trends, and industry through self-study, meeting attendance, project participation and partnering with Learning Services team to present Did You Know webinars . Acts as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) within and outside the organization
  • Participates on special projects and teams when required

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related course of study
  • 3+ years relevant work experience, preferably implementing software solutions
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal); the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; clear, concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members
  • Must be able to set priorities, adjust to client driven changes quickly, firmly commit to tasks and meet deadlines, and apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment, and data issues
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of work performance and service excellence
  • A strong knowledge and advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook is required, as well as a solid work ethic and dedication to producing high quality, accurate work
  • Proficiency with project management tools used in SAP as well as industry best practices
  • A clear vision of what determines a successful project for the customer, partner and SAP
  • Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including risk management, time management, quality management, documentation, and record keeping
