Purpose of the role:

Develops data models to meet the needs of the organization s decision making process.

Manages the flow of information between departments through the use of relational databases.

Maintains data integrity by working to eliminate redundancy.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Enable better decisions using the data
  • Help solve client challenges (eg performance mgmt., product or methodology evolution POC)
  • Translate Clients' requirements to actionable solutions or products
  • Identify new business opportunities within USA Coca-Cola Business

Role requirements: E=essential, P=preferred

E- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Econometrics with outstanding analytical expertise and strong technical leadership

E- 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, and a strong educational background in an engineering, statistical or technical field

E- Vast knowledge in modelling techniques and methodologies: Linear regression, Time series Regression, K mean, Neural Networks, Decision trees, Classification, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.

E - Leads prototyping (what -ifs) as well as supporting pilot programs for R&D purposes. The primary areas includes - but not limited to - trend analyses, identifying gaps for improvements in coverage, representation/sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, data integration, automation, generalization, harmonization as well as working with different data sources.

E- Proficient in Python, R, SQL or other statistical packages.

E- Domain in managing clients and proven experience of solving complex client requirements.

E- Demonstrates experience in statistical techniques, market research methodologies, research processes, operations as well as knowledge of the complexity of consumer businesses and client needs.

E- Ability to lead and influence with other functional areas as a team and deliver results on time and per-spec.

E- Strong project management and communication skills

E- Ability to present and explain methodological and operational solutions to executive leadership
