Overview of the Role:
Team members with an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset who are motivated by directly impacting business results flourish in our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment. This role leads development and maintenance of RGM tools, reporting, and analysis. Critical business partner to Brand RGM partners, enabling increased speed in insights to action via streamlining data sources and analytics. Drives data integrity across various systems that feed into the centralized RGM modeling and reporting tools. Enable process efficiency and long-term sustainability of RGM capabilities.

How you make an impact:
  • Merging and harmonizing disparate, complex data sources for RGM and Commercial partners.
  • Independent generation of insights and fact-based recommendations by leveraging consumer insights, pricing, promotion, and financial data.
  • Regularly assesses needs of RGM partners and designs new tools to advance RGM capabilities and improve speed to insight.
  • Maintains and refines existing tools for ongoing development of RGM analytics.
  • Partners with IT, Brand RGM, and other functions to build and maintain robust visualization and simulation tools utilizing elasticities, unit economics, consumer and shopper data, and observed price/promo points to estimate value of multiple planning scenarios and develop efficiency opportunities.
  • Drives adoption of tools across RGM, Business Unit & Sales partners integrating them into the normal business cadence.
  • Merges multiple data sources to enable Data Scientist in advanced analytics capability development.

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Statistics, IT, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of work experience with a track record of delivering results via analytics, preferred in CPG.
  • Proven results of advancing capabilities that drive actionable insights.
  • High degree of knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, and other syndicated sources.
  • Proven ability to build complex analytical tools and models that incorporate coefficients, elasticities, and other data from disparate syndicated data sources into one tool.
  • Understands and leverages advanced statistical methodologies such as regression, discrete choice, ARIMA, cluster analysis, etc.
  • Experience utilizing a data lake to build new capabilities/reports.
  • Accomplished analytical thinker who quickly interprets data, analysis of others, and can synthesize across various sources of information.
  • Strong proficiency in Visual Basic or Tableau or PowerBI desired.
  • Strong problem solver with a customer-service mentality.

  • Reports to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Growth Management - Analytics & Capabilities.
  • Individual contributor who works closely with RGM peers supporting Brands.

  • Ability to travel no more that 10% of the time.
