Support the daily HMIS responsibilities of the Records Department through timely and efficient data entry of client services and records management. Ensures that client data is entered into required databases (Evolv, Service Point) timely, efficiently and accurately. Enters and maintains service information in Service Point by reviewing and entering data for new and existing clients including entry/exit, referrals, re-certification, transfer of services and service outcomes. Scans, uploads, and attaches all paper documents to the client record in Evolv.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of data entry experience.

The hours of work for are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
