Primary Care Physician Lead - Relocate to San Francisco, CA - San Francisco, CA

Vivo HealthStaff has been retained to find Primary Care Physicians for a large healthcare organization based in San Francisco.

Experience primary care physician needed to lead an interdisciplinary geriatric healthcare team in San Francisco, CA. This is a Full time position with excellent benefits.

1. 5-8 patients per day in an out-patient environment
2. Experience with geriatric patients
3. Affinity for patients with dementia and behavioral issues
4. Experience managing interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements:

1. California Medical License
2. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine Experience in Primary Care (2+ years)
3. Experience in Primary Care (2+ years)
