The goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their businessunits more effective and efficient and where required, provide services inconnection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk. You will assistengagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements foralignment with technology architecture, technology infrastructure design,vendor selection and technology implementation plans that support our clients.*Skills and attributes for success*+ Demonstrate technicalcapabilities and engineering skills that support the insurance technologysystem implementation process.+ Remain current on newdevelopments in services capabilities and industry knowledge+ Lend specific subject-matterknowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping togive specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, systemdesign and interfacing requirements+ Advise clients on a variety ofbusiness process services that help identify, assess, manage and measurethe organization's capabilities; team with client technology professionalsor third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technologysolutions+ Collaborate with clientengagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds; foster an innovativeand inclusive, team-oriented work environment*To qualify for the role, you musthave*+ Bachelor's degree inComputer Science,Engineering, Technologyor a related field,with two years of relevant workexperience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consultingfirm; or amaster'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related fieldwith three years of relevant workexperience+ Previous application experiencein any of the following:+ Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen,MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos,Informatica+ Proficiency in one or more ofthe following competencies:+ System selection andimplementation+ Definition of business andtechnical requirements+ Design of business andtechnology architecture+ Applicationconfiguration/integration+ Data mapping, conversion,migration+ Ability to deliver systemimplementation through all phases of the project life cycle, includingrequirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing;based on a proven methodology+ Experience in implementing bestpractices of software engineering processes, code review methodologies,and deploying code optimization tools and techniques.+ Experience in creating POCs forcomplex design methodologies and providing alternative solution options,working closely with client counterparts+ Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills for technical writing and client presentations+ Ability to demonstratestrategic thinking through a proven ability to research client inquiriesand emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice and newapplication technologies+ Willingness to travel 80% tomeet client needs*Ideally, you'll also have*+ Experience with managementreporting enhancement, business intelligence/decision support, datawarehousing/enterprise data design and management, or enterpriseapplication integration+ Experience inperforming impact analyses and driving end-to-end solutions across connectingsystems*What we look for*We're interested in self-motivatedindividuals who can easily function in a high-demand, performance-drivenenvironment.
