The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining processes, internal systems and third-party service providers that support Campaign Set-up, Offer Management, Customer Experience Marketing and Revenue goals. This position manages an eStore catalog to include merchandizing and pricing tables that supports all customer mail efforts. This role sits in the Customer Experience Department.


  • Oversee North American acquisition set-up and offer management campaigns across all channels, including Company Website, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, Mobile and phone. Provide hands-on building and execution of promotions to customers in order to generate approximately 150-200 campaigns set up per annum.
  • Operate the Company E-commerce store for members, managing the merchandising and messaging to subscribing customers. Oversee the ongoing maintenance and improvement of product listings (title, description, images, pricing, product specs, etc.) and act as primary liaison with Acquisition, Supply Chain, and in-house Creative and Digital Development teams to maintain website and Customer Experience standards.
  • Serve as SME and liaison between the Company and third-party marketing vendors providing services to the Company's E-commerce efforts such as Oracle, APEX (ERP), PIM and special projects.
  • Oversee Backorder, Temporary out of Stock and Permanent Out of Stock service functions to ensure revenue is not impacted by inventory limitations and the customer experience is a positive one.
  • Collaborate with department leads to address quality issues when needed. Responsible for collecting, preparing, and entering data into systems. Ensure data standards are upheld by system users and analyze data and information for consistency and readiness. Communicate and follow up with users on issues to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, business management, or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or marketing operations preferably in a direct response company. CPG experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge regarding turning data into applicable presentations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organization and active information-seeking skills to ensure data standards are upheld.
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment using independent judgment.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, approachable rapport with superiors, peers, subordinates, and external company contacts.
  • Experience working within ERP systems (Oracle, APEX, JDE, etc.)
