Job Description
  • Manage trade vendor invoice processing and weekly payment runs

  • Provide thorough review of the weekly cash requirements report

  • Perform end-to-end closing process for cost of sales and operating/overhead expenses

  • Assist in the completeness and governance of the vendor file

  • Assist with the yearend and interim financial audit process

  • Help coordinate with overseas Global Services support

  • Help provide required support to other Accounting disciplines

  • Perform ad hoc support to the VP-Controller and SVP-CFO as needed


  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information

  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented

  • A team player

  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
