We're seeking an extraordinary Director of University Talent to lead the strategy and execution of MBA hiring and talent management for our General Management Development Program (GMDP). In this role, you will lead the university recruiting team and evolve the program to attract and develop a steady pipeline of internal and external top talent into Fortive' s portfolio of operating companies.

You will play a key role in the future success and growth of the business, in this highly impactful position. Reports to the VP Global Talent Planning and will work closely with business and HR leaders across of the business.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

Lead recruiting efforts for Fortive's exclusive General Management Development Program (GMDP) to, assess and select top external MBA talent interns and Full time candidates and collaborate with leadership to identify qualified internal talent to be a part of the program.

Talent management and career pathing for this high-potential constituency - work with leaders across Fortive to curate the right development experiences to build transformational leaders.

Create targeted strategies with universities, affiliates and consortiums. Develop relationships with professors, deans, and career offices. Determine best approach that positions Fortive as an employer-of-choice for top talent.

Lead the supply and demand process to collect global needs for MBA hires. You will partner with HR and business leaders to understand their requirements.

Leverage current campus end-to-end recruiting processes and technology, while continually evaluating opportunities to automate, streamline and track campus recruiting workflows and results.

Drive social media strategy partnering with the corporate Communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all content for everything we do and share.

Determine program impact metrics, using data and insights to track progress and overall success.

Develop strategic partnerships with organizations (Consortium, NBMBA, Relish, etc.) to further develop our brand and commitment to promote inclusion and diverse hiring.

Challenge the status quo and consistently seek opportunities to innovate and re-engineer processes to improve our ability to hire the best talent in the best way.

Act as a champion for the GMDP program by appropriately and continuously communicating successes and wins throughout the organization to enhance credibility, reputation and retention.

Position Requirements

This opportunity could be for you if:

You possess a bachelor's degree and 5+ years progressive talent acquisition and/or human resource experience. MBA recruiting experience preferred.

Talent Management experience a plus.

You have a validated track-record of working in a dynamic, fast-growing company with multiple products and end markets.
