LOCATION: Houston, TX area

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Our client is growing and they are teaming up with TeamBradley to find a Sr. IT Manager. The right candidate will have outstanding communication and leadership skills.


  • Create, plan and administers activities/policies related to the IT department.
  • Collaborates with the business and manages the company's IT needs to establish goals
  • Understands project management and process improvement best practices and how change management processes impact the business.
  • Establish IT systems supports the business operations
  • Contact for vendor relations
  • Liable for expense and capital budgeting; Staff development, training, and succession planning; JSOX ITGC compliance; Cybersecurity.


  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with 5+ years of IT management experience of a team of direct and indirect reports. (15-25 people total)
  • Knowledgeable of software development, operations/infrastructure, and service desk activities
  • Needs project management, vendor management and ITIL best practices
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry
  • Must have some type of manufacturing ERP software experience
  • Manage/lead cross functional teams
  • Finance planning
  • Metrics and KPI awareness
  • Grasp of change management and control
  • Experience with manufacturing software and applications and developing IT strategy and roadmaps
  • Stay current with new and emerging technologies
