State-of-the-art, clean manufacturing operation is seeking an HR Management professional to lead all human resource efforts for a 200 person operation. Excellent organization that is part of a large corporate entity servicing aerospace, oil & gas, nuclear and other industries. This company is a non-union facility with multiple metalworking processes providing value-added solutions to their clients.

Overall, this position will manage three direct reports in the department and be a strategic and tactical business partner with the General Manager and Controller. The position will need to have experience in recruiting and talent acquisition for floor and office personnel, employee relations, and understanding of employment law is a big plus. Exposure to SAP is very helpful as it is now being implemented.

Requirements
