*Educational Coordinator, DieteticInternship*VUMC Center for Programs in Allied Health*Your Role and Key Responsibilities:* Coordinates, prepares and updates healthpromotion (management, community, food system, wellness, and blended clinical)rotations and classroom instruction to conform to Standards of Education fromACEND. Utilizes available resources to plan rotationsand classroom instruction. Interns receive more than 1200hours of supervised practice in clinical nutrition, food systems management andcommunity nutrition with a concentration in disease management healthpromotion.
