3D Visual Merchandiser

We're looking for a 3D visual merchandiser to join our US Merchandising team. This is a newly created role that will see you contributing to perfect store installations and enabling key business drivers (in-store visuals, planograming). Reporting to the Senior Merchandising Director, you will get to work across all brands of the COTY luxury portfolio, partner with brand & sales teams as well as external vendors and contribute to winning processes.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

Planograms.

  • Monitors the timeline for the development of planograms/shelf schematics for each retailer, across all COTY Luxury brands, including Philosophy.
  • In charge of keeping the planogram tracker up to date and regularly communicating status/action needed from partner functions.
  • Responsible for issuing the planograms on time and as aligned with US multi-functional team to retailer teams/sell-through teams.
  • Partners with designated external vendors for artworking and production of shelf-schematics for Philosophy on time and as aligned with US multi-functional team. This might include doing soft adaptations (Photoshop) on the schematics, to better brief the external vendors.

Visuals.

Visual owner for all COTY Luxury brands. This entails 1/preparing & providing artworks on time for all visual weeks/animations across US retailers

2/coordinating input from brand teams to build the bi-annual visual recommendations, ensuring it is aligned with US marketing SVP and delivered to the sell-in/sell-through teams according to agreed timeline. 3/leading and monitoring all visual local requests from sell-in/sell-through teams, ensuring the visuals & duratrans are delivered against agreed timing and within budget allotted. This will imply strong collaboration and coordination with external vendors (artworking/production).

Retailer meetings

Lead the retailer meeting set-ups, from aligning the designs with brand teams and global partners to monitoring the projects with external vendors so the set-ups are executed with excellence, on time and within budget.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We'd love to see candidates who have:

An ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent project management skills and interpersonal skills.

Attention to details.

At least 3 years experience in visual merchandising and store planning, preferably within the beauty/cosmetics industry.

A strong mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and of Microsoft Office; 3D rendering software is a plus;
