Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Acquisitions Group Manager for its New York, New York location. Duties: Lead controls and operations within digital acquisitions marketing external channels and digital applications across the Global Consumer Bank. Identify, remediate, evaluate and escalate issues to improve controls and monitor marketing campaigns. Set control frameworks to track digital media channels and manage vulnerability assessments across digital channels to ensure compliance with Citi's internal policies and procedures. Drive the acquisition of new customers through the use of innovative digital marketing strategies that are regionally effective and globally consistent. Facilitate key interdepartmental business partnerships between Risk, Fair Lending, Legal, and Compliance and directly liaise with external partners to ensure that operations tasks such as billing, process development, and control implementation are handled in a timely manner. Provide recommendations regarding the ongoing marketing strategy, budgetary constraints, and channel mix and digital partner strategies for the digital marketing space. Assess Citi's capabilities for meeting marketing campaign goals, analyze and identify causes behind variances in results, and make recommendations for growth and optimization opportunities in accordance with Citi's Global Communities operational model. Review and approve IT risk classifications to applications and services within digital acquisitions marketing channels and to ensure that high quality data is entered into Citi System Inventory database and that all applications are in compliance with applicable Citi IT management standards. Manage the execution of all governance, risk and compliance actions that Operational Risk Management plans, by deploying the Manager's Control Assessment program and asset tracker to support In-Business controls and Compliance quarterly reviews as well as managing the record retention processes to support critical regulatory and audit requirements. Lead and implement projects across a range of digital acquisitions initiatives in large consumer markets. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related field and 4 years of experience as a Digital Operations Channel Manager, Internet Definition Manager or closely related position leading digital marketing projects for a global bank. 4 years of experience must include: Digital marketing, channel management, digital acquisition channels, and digital platforms for the financial services industry; Project management including interacting with and overseeing multidisciplinary teams; Assessing, evaluating, and remediating digital marketing campaign issues; Managing vulnerability assessments for digital channels applications; and developing and implementing the full cycle of complex digital marketing campaigns.
