Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started..*Summary:* As an Electrical Engineering Manager in FRL, you will lead a team in the design and execution of new devices that are part of the future AR/VR ecosystem. This role will focus on guiding career growth; establishing and tracking goals for highly ambiguous programs; managing priorities and resources across a portfolio of short- mid- and long-term projects. We want people who: work well in teams, can brainstorm big ideas, work in new technology areas, able to drive a challenging concept into a prototype and then into a consumer product..*Required Skills:* 1. Bring a product from pre-prototype to production 2. Champion of engineering rigor in phase gate development. Create specs and KPIs and deliver to these requirements 3. Work with cross-functional engineering managers and architects on hardware and software integration 4. Partner closely with Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design 5. Grow team and careers of individual contributors through weekly and formal coaching and feedback 6. Travel requirements: 10%.*Minimum Qualifications:* 7. BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Systems Engineering 8. Knowledge in Consumer Electronics with experience shipping multiple consumer products 9. Experience in input devices, health/medical or sensing technologies 10. 10+ years of direct experience in electrical design 11. Experience working with external partners & manufacturers 12. Demonstrated cross-functional experience, with experience working with Product Design engineers, SW architecture, and other hardware/software functions.*Preferred Qualifications:* 13.
