What we re looking for:
EHE is seeking a talented
Salesforce Administrator
who will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all aspects of Salesforce. This role will be an essential part of our marketing team, ensuring SFDC is running smoothly and efficiently, as well as driving cross-functional process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organized and passionate.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration and support of SFDC
  • Ensure the Salesforce platform effectively meets the functional, system, design, and business requirement of the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Drive and maintain third party API integrations that facilitate stronger tracking and promote growth
  • Participate in user acceptance testing efforts for integration, function and regression
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and strategies
  • Implement best practices when it comes to field creation, naming conventions, page layouts, and reporting
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and strategies
  • Create scalable processes that support the expanding team and global operations
  • Create dashboards that support departmental KPIs and measure campaign performance
What the role requires:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of extensive working knowledge of SFDC
  • Certified Salesforce. com administrator
  • Familiar with Salesforce. com best practices and creating processes that help scale business operations
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC as well as the impact to integrated applications, systems and processes
  • Experience with API integrations a plus
  • Familiar with the integration and native behaviors of marketing automation platforms, Marketo preferred
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
