This start-up has grown by over 470% in the past two years alone.

Their open-source, cloud offering and enterprise software have already generated a huge amount of noise in the space. We are now looking to one of the first pre-sales solutions architect in the US, preferably in the EAST OR CENTRAL location. The great thing is, it doesn't matter - they are a remote-first company.

Pre-sales Solutions Architect - Open Source - Observability/Analytics Leader- Software - 250% Increase In Revenue last year.. (EAST OR CENTRAL USA)


Basic $150k/$170k Basic + $37k/$42.5k Commission (Depending on experience). 75/25 Split + Great Benefits + SERIOUS Stock.


  • Join the SE team at an early stage in the US to help shape the function.
  • This is a very strategic technical pre-sales role, whereby you will be positioning the product from a technical perspective to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Part of the role will be implementing at an architectural level given the early stage of the team.
  • Working with senior C-Level stakeholders within accounts (and technical stakeholders) to provide momentum of direction to ensure success within new business.
  • Become a subject level expert in knowing the product to a master level, helping shape and redefine to perfection.
  • Conducting POCs when needed to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate -

  • Currently in a professional services/pre-sales role comfortable with implementation, but with strong customer-facing skills as well.
  • A strong background in business intelligence/data analytics/big data software/business analytics/logs/APM/network monitoring/infrastructure monitoring (any of these is a plus!)
  • Extensive experience working with open source products.
  • Coding experience (ANY) must be able to read/understand code and tap the keyboard when needed.
  • You need to have worked very closely with C-level stakeholders within your accounts.
  • Awesome communication skills, intelligence, and coachability - culture fit is massive for these guys.
