Job Summary

IMAGEN Brands is seeking an Account Manager to work in Tandem with the sales team to develop long term sales growth and relationships with their named accounts. This position must display leadership and accountability for account performance and ensure high-quality customer experience. This role will work with National Account Managers or Strategic Sales Managers on thier named buying groups or national accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver against sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with top distributors
  • Spend each day in front of your distributors and on other customer-focused activities
  • Adopt a long term mindset in delivering value to distributors
  • Ensure continued involvement with your accounts
  • Collaborate and use social media to promote open communication
  • Consistently and accurately document all sales activities and details in CRM
  • Provide customer feedback to Department Managers on customer service, production and product development through private Facebook groups, field reports and/or District Sales Manager
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and prior industry sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling success with an ability to adapt to market segments
  • 3 or more years of promotional products industry sales experience preferred calling on at least some Top 40 accounts, focusing on sales development and relationships

Essential Job Functions

  • Comfortable with face to face sales presentations
  • Self starter that can work with little supervision and maintain a professional and upbeat attitude
  • Intiate, manage, and develop business while possessing meticulous follow-up and follow through
  • Technology proficient and adopt all technology associated with the sales role
  • Outstandig organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Extensive travel required - at least 10-12 offie visits per week
