Summary: You will be a pivotal member of our growing Digital Marketing team holding responsibility for managing all Display, Paid Social, Video and other Digital Media campaigns across multiple Kaspersky territories around the World. This position reports to the Global Senior Media Manager and requires independent decision making, skilled and competent communication to diverse internal and external stakeholders as well as being able to perform in a high pace, international environment. This role carries no direct reports.

What will you be doing:

  • Managing Display, Paid Social, Video, and other Digital Media channels globally
  • Plan and buy digital channels and support local marketers with planning and activiating integrated digital campaigns
  • Responsible for day to day management of media campaigns and partners, including campaign trafficking, optimization, reporting
  • Working closely with the Sr. Global Digital Manager to develop digital media strategies and plans to achieve business goals in various regions with close eye on performance
  • Working closely with local/regional stakeholders ensure media plans help to achieve business objectives and explore new opportunities.
  • Managing Test & Learn program for digital media in order to constantly review KL digital marketing approach
  • Working closely with internal and external analytics teams to ensure measurability of all campaigns and provide ongoing support to sales and marketing teams to understand the impact of paid advertising to business performance
  • Staying abreast of the latest Digital trends and thinking through how to apply those trends to help meet business goals.
  • Identifying ways to drive Digital Innovation at Kaspersky Labs through new platforms, methodologies, processes and programs

What are we looking for:

  • Digital Media Planning, Activation or Analytics experience (from agency or client side) is required
  • Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and background preferred
  • Working knowledge of display and social media planning, buying and management required
  • Awareness of advertising technology, managing complex digital stack and experience of working with multi-touch attribution in managing both brand and performance campaign
  • Ability to navigate in complex multinational environment and manage diverse set of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communications in English, one other language beneficial
  • Self-directed and ability to operate independently as required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes
  • Ability to balance short and long-term priorities.
