Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for digital marketing activities and for our growing family of hospitals in the Eastern United States. You will manage patient acquisition and retention programs and be responsible for ROI and ROAS metrics and repeatable consumer engagement activities. The perfect candidate will be able to deliver high-level thinking to refine and maintain focus on our ditial strategy, while also being able to create and execute highly innovative campaigns and experiences to drive growth. You will be responsible for managing the development and ongoing maintenance of all online properties. You will utilize and manage analytical dashboards and evaluate site and marketing performance to determine best opportunities for growth, as well as partner with hospital leadership, brand marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with and manage external vendors and agencies.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Develop integrated media and digital strategy and plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive impact for the business.
  • Supporting hospital revenue growth through online customer acquisition, retention and awareness marketing strategies;
  • Assisting in developing, implementing and executing effective digital/social marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, social following and acquire new patients;
  • Understand audience, audience insights and audience need; determine how to reach and engage our target audience to breakthrough with key programs and messages;
  • Managing strategy and execution for Paid Media (PPC/CPC) in all digital channels, working closely with external vendors and agency relationship to maximize our return on: PPC, PLA, Social, Display, and Affiliates;
  • Generating and collaborating with internal and external teams to create engaging content for use across a variety of channels including but not limited to: Websites, Landing Pages, Blogs, Emails, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and additional platforms, such as Yelp, as applicable;
  • Managing strategy and execution for SEO optimization, generating content, coordinating actions for high-performing keyword groups among all contributing parties;
  • Leading analysis efforts to understand how clients interact with our online properties and identify opportunities to positively influence the online customer journey;
  • Managing KPI reporting and regular performance assessments using available analytics data, across all hospitals. This includes regular engagement and understanding of related dashboard/analytics tools;
  • Creating and executing seasonal marketing and promotional calendars
  • Reporting, analysing, and developing recommendations, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership for implementation. Understanding triggers for driving additional traffic and new patient acquisitions to assist in meeting strategic goals;
  • Staying up to date and becoming an internal educator on the latest technology, trends, and competitor analysis;
  • Managing online marketing budgets for all hospitals including contracts, invoices, projections and forecasts on performance and monitoring spend against total plan;
  • Updating existing budget against spend on a weekly basis. Receives all digital marketing vendor invoicing and coding to ensure accurate and timely payment. Supplying management with current updates on spend to date and marketing/site performance against spend;

Specific job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Online Marketing, or equivalent, is required;
  • Must have 5+ years of Online Marketing, Content Generation or Agency Experience;
  • Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience writing content for the Web and Development Social Media Campaigns
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Must have a proven track record of tying digital market activities to increasing revenue and profit
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously are required;
  • Requires an understanding of best practices in online marketing including: paid search, SEO, social, mobile, affiliate marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, able to provide complex information in a digestible way is required;
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills are required;
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of Search Engine Optimization a plus.
