Director of Finance

My client, located in Princeton, has an opportunity for a Controller. Some remote work possible.
Responsibilities
- Oversee processing of all transactions
- Oversee fixed asset accounting
- Track all capital expenses
- Plan and direct monthly close and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with GAAP
- Provide YTD reports to all project managers
- Direct all aspects of accounting/payroll function and maintain accounting records of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

Requirements
Must have supervisory experience. Streamlining processes. Strong accounting foundation. Budgeting/forecasting. Must have CPA. Must have strong systems skills and performed system implementations.
