Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer 4. This position will be with our Technology Services sector located at San Bernardino. The successful candidate will perform systems engineering and modeling and simulation on missile systems. This includes the following:
Develop models of missile systems to determine performance capabilities
Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications
Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for mechanical, electrical, software and integrated systems
Develop reports of analyses that document the work performed
Interface with internal and external customers
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
9+ years of related experience with a Bachelors in Science; or 7+ years with Masters
Must have demonstrated technical writing experience and be capable of writing technically and grammatically correct documentation
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
