About the Team

You will be part of the Pottrery Barn Global Creative team responsible for designing, building and delivering creative deliverables such as Landing Pages for desktop and mobile experiences, Affiliate assets, Emails, Seasonal campaigns, and Style Guides. Our job is to enable our Company Owned and Franchise markets to support the growth of new and existing business.

About the Role

In the Global Designer role, you will be responsible for producing a range of end user solutions in support of new and
existing global business for our Global and Canadian markets. The end user solutions range from responsive web to email creative. You will work with the Senior Designer, Ecom Managers, Copy Writers, Engineers, Product development, merchants, producers, and cross functional stakeholders within the org.

Technical Competencies required:

* 4+ years agency or client-side digital design experience
* Design experience working for a lifestyle retail brand would be highly desirable
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in global and Canadian markets
* Extremely proficient in Adobe CC suite- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design skills and E-com experience.
* Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, having previously designed across a range of digital touch points
* Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp and Jira.
* Comfortable in fast past environment - Ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities and tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Presenting solutions and conveying intent.
* Deadline driven and organized with a strong work ethic. Off hours based on business needs.
* Able to be resourceful, innovative and solution focused. Problem solver, self-efficient.
* Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions.
* Strong project management skills and ability to work self-directed
