About the Team
You will be part of the Digital Marketing and Catalog team responsible for storytelling of the brand and products in digital and print marketing. We work very cross functionally with many different teams and partners. Our job is to ensure that customers lives are nourished and inspired through cooking and entertaining.

About the Role (Summary)
Support digital marketing and catalog pagination process for merchandising team, from inception through printing. Own capture and management of asset and catalog assortment documentation: pagination and visual pagination. Facilitate key elements of communications about catalog with cross-channel and cross-functional teams, including Cross-Channel Merchants, Creative Services, and Inventory Management. Run reporting and summaries for catalog performance and to support decision making about space allocation and in-season adjustments to optimize profitability. Ensure that all key catalog and digital deadlines are met.

* Capture assortment bases from brand Final Line Review and Merchant assortment review meetings
* Turn capture into catalog pagination in Merch Management Tool (MMT)
* Create visual pagination and keep it continually sync'd to catalog pagination in MMT
* Capture notes from key catalog process meetings for review and distribution, either directly or by manager
* Execute cross-channel communication around catalog and digital changes
* Prep presentation space for key meetings
* Create reports and summaries as needed to support key pagination process steps
* Help manage catalog deadlines to insure compliance with production schedule
* Assist with Digital Marketing campaign execution

* You have a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
* You have superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word and Access. Adobe inDesign experience preferred
* Attention to detail and very strong detail orientation
* Ability to work in a fast pace, often-changing environment required
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
