Position: Executive Vice President and Hotel & Hospitality Regional Lead for Western U.S.

Responsibilities include:
Business development, manage and grow client relationships, attend conferences, and assist in developing market specific research publications
Liaison with clients and team members to manage workflow and team production
Deliverables review to ensure market leading quality reports
Working with VA leadership to deliver world class service and drive platform wide initiatives
Mentoring and providing guidance to supporting team members
Liaison with capital markets professionals and other JLL service lines
Requirements:
Seven or more years of real estate valuation experience
Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise & Microsoft Office applications
Certified General Appraiser License, MAI preferred
Background or education in hospitality, commercial real estate, or economics is preferred
Four-year degree from accredited university; masters or advanced degree is a benefit
Strong leadership skills with servient team approach
Highly motivated and organized, self-starter and team player with obsessive attention to detail
Commitment to professional growth and development of team
Business development and client relationship management experience
Ability to travel independently
