About the Role

The PB One Home Department Sr. Photo Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Creative Services with overall process and procedures across all brands to help streamline and effectively drive and support opportunities for process improvement. This position reports to the Director of Creative Services and supports both the Kids(+Modern) and Teen(+Modern) + PBMain/BB Photo Managers.

* Work with Photo Coordinator to ensure budget templates are accurate and up-to-date prior to MEC meetings and after Seasonal Master Calendars are built.
* Work with Photo Managers and Producers on ONE HOME initiatives, such as pcard allocations, Enterprise truck rentals, catering invoices, etc.
* Schedule and attend weekly seasonal merch meetings w/Photo Mgrs.
* Help with seasonal metrics if needed
* Convert merchants ETA docs into our format w/Photo Mgr approval
* Help with model contracts and vendor set ups if needed
* Work with Photo Mgrs to make sure general process and procedures are being adhered to and field any questions if necessary from Art Directors, Producers, Photo Mgrs, etc.
* Help Director of Creative Services w/team building planning, ideas, coordination, etc.
* Assist with MEC. This includes cross checking transaction reports to budget template and meeting with both Photo Managers and Photo Coordinator to ensure accuracy prior to hand off to Director of Creative Services and Finance Departments. This might include scheduling of inter-department monthly meetings.
* Vendor set-ups as needed.
* Code invoices for ONE HOME
* Assist Photo Managers create weekly photo boards
