As a talent management specialist within the DRAM Engineering organization at Micron Technology, the incumbent is responsible for several key talent programs in support of the overall global organization. These programs include University Relations, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Support programs. S/he will work across the entire organization to effectively project manage the talent programs under their purview. The right candidate will have experience in project management and a background in organizational development or related field.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees and manages University Relations Program Management for DRAM Engineering, including confirming budgets, creating job descriptions, and ensuring the budget is appropriately managed and allocated, tracking metrics
  • Measures the success of programs by developing and maintain Metrics, tracking them and regularly reporting on them
  • Collaborates with Micron Talent Acquisition on seasonal recruiting events, includes participating (virtually and in person), handling resume collection and distribution, coordinating logistics, etc.
  • Seeks out, arranges and organizes departmental learning and social opportunities
  • Examines existing processes, evaluate them within the context of organizational goals and identifies improvement projects and executes to them
  • Enables and foster a culture of high organizational performance through internal initiatives, engagement events, and cross-team projects as required.
  • Researches topics, creates presentation collateral and presents information to enable decision making, summarize key takeaways, and drive action item follow up
  • Acts as a point of contact between leadership and other staff to ensure projects are executed correctly and on time
  • Acts as administrator for repository sites and works to ensure processes and rules of engagement are appropriately utilized

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Project Management
  • Experience in HTMP, JavaScript, XML
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint Designer
  • Interest in content management and web design

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in psychology, business, program management and/or computer science
