Job Summary This Senior Director, HR will partner with senior level executives to ensure the right structure, leadership, strategy, culture and talent are in place to deliver business priorities. This person will leverage the skills and capabilities of COEs and their teams to drive execution, and become a trusted advisor and critical partner to the assigned executives.

Essential Responsibilities

Partner with SVP level execs in 4 major orgs. Highly visible, fast paced, business critical.
Align and influence strategy and execution. Create a trusted partnership with execs.
Own HR for client group execs. Leverage broader HR and other COE's to ensure execution happens.
Exec Hiring participate, drive, and influence best practice approach to exec hiring planning and decision making.
Provide leadership in the development and execution of Company and organization vision and structure, including development and execution of plans for client organizations
Partner with Business leaders on multiple human resources areas, including policies, practices, evaluation and development of personnel, annual reviews, compensation planning, process improvements & leading change initiatives
Lead client organization in the development of annual reviews, organization structure/development, job design, compensation and organizational change
Act and be a steward of GF values, driving for a highly inclusive and respected work environment.
Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices
Provide HR leadership & coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues
Assist in the development and implementation of a variety of HR programs and processes and other cultural development and change initiatives.
Learn and maintain detailed operating knowledge of all HR systems, tools and processes for GLOBALFOUNDRIES
Create reporting & documentation for Business leaders and HR as needed/requested. Analyze data to identify trends and meaningful statistics to resolve issues and identified concerns
Responsible for the executive sponsorship of all employee events on site, leveraging a team in the execution of these activities.
Train and/or actively educate managers & employees on HR processes, systems, or other HR topics
Display a high degree of professionalism, poise and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive employee issue
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner
Required Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or related fiel
Minimum 12 years of Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist experienc
Minimum 5 years in Leadership/Management role within Human Resource
Minimum 7 years experience in high tech or industrial/manufacturing busines
Preferred Qualifications
Experiencing managing company-wide or site-wide large Human Resources projects
Global HR experience
Experience in the semiconductor industry
