Job Title-Sales Support Representative
Job Location-Scottsdale, AZ
Job Duration-4months + contract position

Job Description-

Duties and Responsibilities:
Heavy outbound calling
Contacting potential sales leads
Scheduling appointments between the sales team and their clients
Maintaining the wait list for customer accounts
Providing upkeep to help the sales team
Answering phone calls
Scheduling callbacks/calendar invites

Hours:
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM with a 45 minute lunch.

Requirements:
Education, Skills and Experience:
Must have High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of customer service/administrative experience
Basic computer skills (Windows based programs, Microsoft Office and Email)
Must have understanding of Internet navigation and tools
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent track record of attendance
Must be very willing to work in a phone-based environment
Able to multitask and maintain focus
