We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, based in Scottsdale, AZ to support the Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will report to the Director, Corporate FP&A and have exposure to company-wide financial analysis. As an experienced analyst at this senior level, you will be highly visible to senior leaders & executives, presenting a high potential for professional growth and development.

About the Job:

. Responsibility to drive efficiency in analysis and reporting across the corporation.

. Assisting the Director, Corporate FP&A with preparing comprehensive corporate-level analysis and presentations that will be utilized in meetings with FMIC's Board of Directors, Sponsors and Lenders.

. Financial analysis of annual and long term financial operating and capital plans

. Perform analysis to provide insight into profitability, financial prospects and spending control

. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management

. Interact with senior management to help them understand and make decisions about their business

. Assist in managing corporate financial planning & analysis rhythm

What you Need:

. 3-5 years of directly related experience preferably within a Manufacturing organization

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred

. Experience supporting an OpEx function/business unit

. Strong foundational understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting processes

. Advanced Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to proficiently and expediently sort, navigate and analyze data

. Strong PowerPoint skills creating presentations & presenting to management

. SAP experience strongly preferred

. Hyperion Planning (or Hyperion Financial Management) is required.

. Budgeting and forecasting

. High degree of accuracy and precision, highly organized and able to prioritize between competing demands

. Analytical and detailed mindset with demonstrated experience in problem solving, creating solutions, improving processes

. Comfortable partnering and supporting internal stakeholders at varying levels in the organization to include senior executives

. Must be results oriented with a desire and ability to take initiative and ownership

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
