We are seeking an experienced leader who will be accountable for developing and leading the business transformation insights and role excellence strategy for Partner and Commercial organization. This role will report directly to the WPCO Strategy, Planning and Transformation leader, and is responsible for developing compelling and consumable business visibility tools and artifacts linked to business metrics and KPIs, as well as the plan, design, build & execution of the WPCO role excellence strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with strong financial acumen and proven expertise in building effective insights and role excellence practices in highly matrixed environments. The role requires a track record of balancing strategic thinking, driving transformational change, and executional rigor delivering on current business priorities. This is a highly cross functional role requiring close collaboration and a jointly accountable operating model between WPCO & product business units, field sales, finance, operations, RACE, IT & EDA.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute WPCO's Business insights strategy, including partner modeling and priorization, capacity planning, partner and commercial intelligence and analytics
  • Worldwide metrics standards definitions
  • Development and execution of world-wide forecasting cadence to support the business leaders across the WPCO businesses
  • Provide thought leadership around emerging business patterns; gather insights and make actionable recommendations around areas of growth or decline
  • Executive quarterly business review preparation and support
  • Accountable for leading the worldwide role excellence strategy, which includes the plan, design, pilot and full field adoption of a globally aligned x-RTM consistent field operating model strategy, enablement evolution, and success metrics

Required Skills

  • 10+ years' experience in strategy & business planning, and building intelligence and insights frameworks within a highly matrixed software sales environment
  • Solid understanding of Partner ecosystems, software sales cycles and customer lifecycle models.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills with the ability to create and drive vision across organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; proven ability to work with a diverse team and influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries in a face- paced environment.
  • Deep technical depth & understanding of lifecycle capabilities required to drive maximum business outcome ROI for a given solution set; trusted advisor to sales leadership.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment, be able to manage multiple stakeholders and groups simultaneously and have strong communications skills.
  • Possesses highest level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

  • SaaS/Software sales experience
  • Advanced degree in Business and/or Finance
