The Campaign Manager will provide leadership for an ambitious fundraising agenda within comprehensive fundraising campaigns. The incumbent will lead the strategy, design, and coordinated implementation of fundraising activity related to ensuring continued delivery of top-quality specialized care, research, and education that supports the children and families we serve. The Campaign Manager will be the designated lead, internal champion and resource for campaign fundraising, working closely with Foundation teams, hospital leadership and campaign volunteers to successfully secure funds for the project and will also serve as a prominent external champion for the project, while maintaining an active and significant fundraising portfolio, directly contributing revenue.

Responsibilities

Drives the design, implementation and monitoring of the fundraising plan and financial progress for the campaign and enables activity across channels in support of the campaign and cultivates and stewards donors through a variety of activities such as written reports, strategic briefings and events.
Supports the development of recognition architecture and pricing, marketing materials, prospect list and gift chart that will drive toward targets and generates fundraising revenue toward ambitious fundraising goals and growth.
Develops prospect-specific call strategy and activity with Campaign Cabinet members with direct solicitation and maintenance of a portfolio of major and transformational gift fundraising prospects.
Reports to and engages with the Campaign Cabinet working closely with members, as part of the collective fundraising progress against all priorities of the comprehensive campaign and educates and engages colleagues across teams, ensuring timely and accurate information about the project is provided.
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
