The Data Analyst position develops, maintains, and supports data management, analysis, and outcome measurement and reporting for the Innovation Lab team and enterprise to make business decisions.

Responsibilities

Use clinical, operational, and financial data to 1) Identify and determine innovation opportunities, 2) design proofs-of-concept projects, 3) evaluate the project impact on outcomes, and 4) communicate those results to internal and external audiences.
Prepare analysis for leaders that effectively assess projects' problem and solution hypotheses to support our four domains of outcome measurement (adoption, clinical, financial, and satisfaction).
Assist in the creation and management of an automated data feed from disparate clinical, operational, and financial data sources to determine actionable results through data and analysis tools (SQL, Access, MS Excel or similar).
Create data visualizations that highlight team progress to internal and external stakeholders using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
Apply data science techniques, such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive modeling of clinical, financial, and operational data using Python or R for data analysis and data visualization.
