We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in supporting the server infrastructure and provide high level and end user support\. A strong knowledge of Windows Server OS \(2012\-2016\), Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper\-V is required\. In addition, general knowledge of Cisco networking, virtual infrastructure, IAAS, PAAS, and NetApp Storage would be highly beneficial\. A strong customer service background is a must\.

This position is responsible for sustainment of our client's Legacy infrastructure\. The right candidate will perform O&M for \(21\) e911 locations and \(81\) Mass Warning Notification \(MWN\) locations where \(56\) support Giant Voice Integration \(GVI\) and \(5\) locations support Audio Visual Notification Systems \(AVNS\)\.

*Key Responsibilities*

+ Sustain infrastructure in support of US Army MWN locations using AtHoc, and/or possibly MIR3/OnSolve, as well as Enhanced \(E9\-1\-1\) systems comprised of Motorola VESTA, MicroAutomation Call Center Millennium and spok pcpsap software\.

+ Serve as server administrator for a cloud based effort using a VMWare offering and standard isolated networks with Windows based servers\.

+ Install, configure and manage customers? server software and systems via hardware replacement, backups, patching, and upgrades\.

+ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in the lab for private and public cloud environments to provide to local technicians at production sites\.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with the private and public cloud environments and implement cloud services support, cloud operations, and security for all private cloud operations\.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with the Original Equipment Manufacturers \(OEM\) software and hardware and implement solutions in the lab prior to advising the end user\.

+ Configure, maintain and perform tasks utilizing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution \(ACAS\) integrated software for vulnerability scanning and remediation\.

+ Evaluate products and upgrades\.

+ Execute tasks provided using best practices in cloud computing methodologies and standards\.

+ Assist in the discovery process by capturing Legacy requirements that must be transitioned to the new environments\.

+ Develop and implement functionality based on provided guidance and requirements for private and public cloud services\.

+ Establish and comply with organizational standards and frameworks\.

+ Document and post development activities to include Operations and Management \(O&M\) support\.

+ Sustain compliance with all program Change Management \(CM\) processes and procedures as elements evolve from development to test to production\.

+ Collect and provide data/metrics that support all required Service Level Agreements \(SLA\), Memorandums of Understanding \(MOU\) and Memorandums of Agreement \(MOA\)\. Produce reports on demand as needed in support of mission status\.

+ Utilize metrics to generate queries that will provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly customer reports\.

*Qualifications*

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Minimum of seven \(7\) years Windows server Operations & Maintenance \(O&M\) sustainment for a large organization or Public Safety Answering Point \(PSAP\)\.

+ Current Security certification as well as an additional current technical certification such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate \(MCSA\), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert \(MCSE\), Cisco Certified Network Professional \(CCNP\), Network, etc\.

+ Demonstrated administration skills on various operating systems and VMWare server configuration and management\.

+ Demonstrated experience in securing IT resources per government regulations, to include working change requests or new development through DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process \(DIACAP C&A or Risk Management Framework \(RMF\) Assessment and Automation \(A&A\) processes\.

+ Ability to work flexible hours and be on\-call 24/7 to travel under short notice\.

+ Education: Minimum of high school diploma\.

+ Must have or be eligible to obtain a secret clearance\.

Desired Qualifications:

+ College Bachelor's degree

+ UNIX experience

+ 3 years? experience with remote management of resources

+ 3 years? experience with OS and software patching

+ Experience with MWN system\(s\) using AtHoc, MIR3, Blackboard, OnSolve

+ Experience with e911 systems \(VESTA, MicroAutomation, Spok\)

+ Experience with Agile methodology

+ PowerShell script or equivalent demonstrated experience

+ Security Plus

+ Active security clearance

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work 8 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday; flexibility to work rotating on\-call after normal duty hours, weekends, and holidays from home in support of 24X7 shifts; may travel to attend Government required training or in support of mission; physical demands include those associated with maintaining government data centers\.
