Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for 1st/2nd level end-user support. You will be supporting end-users with computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tools and products. This will include office and field users that need to be supported remotely.

Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: 1pm - 9pm
Position: Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hour week, you will not be required to work weekends

Provide telephone and email support to office and field employees. Document and monitor incident tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalate as needed. Support and maintain computer desktops, laptops, printers and any related hardware and software. Manage and support mobile devices. Troubleshoot network issues. Order and deploy mobile devices. Follow and be up to date with policies and procedures.

1-3 years of hands-on experience. Possess strong written and verbal communication skillsMust be approachable, teachable, a team player able work with a geographically dispersed team
Windows 7 and Windows 10
Microsoft Office 2013 & 2016
Exchange server (basic)
iOS software and devices
Active Directory
ServiceNow IT ticketing system
Network related knowledge (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP)
Basic VOIP knowledge
Basic understanding of ITIL principles

Training will be provided. Telecommuting days available after the initial 90 days of training.
